We have several databases specifically for nursing. These are:

CINAHL Plus with Full Text (EBSCO)

Consumer Health Complete (EBSCO)

Health Source - Consumer Edition (EBSCO)

Health Source - Nursing/Academic Edition (EBSCO)

MEDLINE with Full Text

ProQuest Nursing Journals

PubMed Central

We also have several databases by Cochrane through the EBSCO databases.

You should search CINAHL Plus with Full Text and the other EBSCO databases first. Then try ProQuest Nursing Journals. We also have a Research Guide for Nursing, located here: http://libguides.aurora.edu/nursing.

To learn how to search for scholarly articles in the EBSCO databases, view the embedded video below (from our Tutorials link on the library homepage).
