The answer partly depends upon from whom the book was borrowed. If the item was owned by the Phillips Library, there are no daily accrual fines, but a flat fine.  If you still have a "lost" item in your possession, and return the item to the library, in most cases the fine will be waived.

Lost Book Fine:

Students: $60 lost item + $15 processing fee

Faculty: $60 lost item + $15 processing fee

Alumni: $60 lost item + $15 processing fee

Lost Media Fine:

Students: $135 lost item + $15 processing fee

Faculty: $135 lost item + $15 processing fee

Alumni: $135 lost item + $15 processing fee

If the lost item is from an inter-library loan (ILLiad or I-Share), please email the Access Services Librarian at docdel@aurora.edu with your question.
