While you may use content found on YouTube, the fact that a clip is freely available on YouTube is not an indication that copyrights are not being violated.

If you choose to show or direct others to YouTube links, be aware of the following:

  • YouTube links are not "persistent" which means they can be changed or deleted at any moment. If the person/entity uploading a video does not have permission to post it, that video can be removed without warning.
