To access databases off-campus, you will first be prompted to login to your Okta account from the resource link.

If you click on a link from our catalog and the page does not redirect you to login through Okta for the first time, please submit a Report a Problem form. Please note that some resources with an Open Access logo (  )  will not require you to authenticate through Okta, and you can freely access the resource.

If you are having difficulty logging into the library's databases and other electronic resources, try the following troubleshooting measures:

  • Are you receiving a username or password error message from Okta? Contact ITS for further assistance.
  • Try switching browsers. By default, we recommend using Google Chrome.
  • Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache. Here are step-by-step instructions for popular browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari
  • Try logging in manually from the vendor's website. Click on "Sign in through Institutional Access".

Please submit a Report a Problem form if you are experiencing any of the following issues:

  • " I have signed in through Okta, but the webpage says the resource is locked."
  • " I am signing into Okta for the first time today and when I click on the link to access a library resource, it says my institution does not have access."

You can view our databases from our A-Z Database page, or by searching through our library catalog (Spartan Search).
