Here are a few steps that you can try:

1) Try logging into another AU service like your student email or Moodle. If you rely on saved passwords, go into your browser's settings to make sure the password you are using for the library login is correct.

2) Restart your browser/computer or try clearing your browser's cache/cookies. You can Google instructions for the browser you use.

3) Use the Firefox browser, AU webpages are optimized to run on this browser.

4) Change your AU password, knowing it will reset your password across all AU sites.
