There are a lot of ways to get into contact with a librarian. Here are a few options.
Use the Chat Feature
Click the green Ask Us tab on the right side of any page of our website, or click here to chat now.
Chat will instantly connect you with a librarian at Phillips Library. If chat is offline you will be given the option to email a question for librarians to review and respond to when chat next becomes available.

Submit a question form for a librarian to answer when they are next available. This is particularly useful when the library is closed. Answers will come to your email.
Schedule an Appointment with a Librarian
Meet with a librarian over Zoom or in person at the Phillips Library for research help.
Schedule your appointment on Academic Support Net under the Research with a Librarian calendar. For help with writing a paper, citation styles and formatting, or tutoring, please schedule an appointment with the AU Academic Support Center (ASC).
