The articles you are requesting are from a journal that Phillips Library does not subscribe to (for more information on how to determine if the Phillips Library has access to a specific journal, please view the tutorial "Find an Article Using the Citation" at the link provided below).
When an ILL request is made, Phillips library pays the fees incurred by lending institutions as well as the Copyright Clearance Center. There are restrictions governing how many articles we can request, even when we pay all associated fees.
 
General guidelines assert that patrons may request:
  • 1 article from a single issue published in the last 5 years
  • 5 articles per any journal published in the last 5 years
